Students have been in and out of the classroom and introduced to more technology than ever before. I have noticed that I have seen a disconnect between my students and their ability to apply mathematics to real world situations. I would like to give my students the opportunity to explore how mathematics will contribute to their futures. The students can see how mathematics applies to the real world. I feel that these Lego projects will help students become interested in learning how mathematics applies to their lives now and in the future.

About my class
