To bring my dream learning activity to life, I would love to get a listening center for my Pre-K classroom. I believe it is with hands-on materials that a child learns the best. Many young children are not experiencing the hands-on reading adventures as they have before COVID-19. A listening center will help engage young learners and bring them into new adventures. This tool will help bring young minds into learning to love reading. Children will be able to put their hands on pages and listen to the story be read to them. They will learn how to navigate through stories, pages, and following along in a book, all key parts of learning how to love reading.
