New books purchased through my project would provide them test-taking strategies, four practice tests with answers, and explanations, helping to fill gaps created by lost instruction. We have shifted to digital tools for learning, assigning, and submitting assignments. My students’ daily routine has become pulling out laptops, and dividing their attention between their screens, my instruction, and digital materials. While we’re living in a digital world, the College Board gives AP exams on paper, so the best way for them to practice is on paper. My kids need print materials, but the books I have are obsolete due to the exam’s restructuring. New materials will allow students to practice the style of questions that were not on this exam prior to 2020. Your donation would fund desperately needed new test preparation to help students earn college credit for a high school course.
