These resources will help my students improve their hand and eye coordination. through the use of the equipment provided they will know how to catch and throw with a football. With the soccer ball they will learn how to pass and control an object using their feet. These skills will help build a foundation for their entire life improving their overall well being. Not only will this equipment help them individually but it will allow them to work as a team with other classmates. They will learn how to communicate effectively with others when passing the balls back and forth. Thus helping them mentally with their communication skills towards each other.
