PreK is a very scary place for a lot of children. Many have never been away from home. I strive to make my classroom an inviting environment that my students will be excited to enter and ready to learn. While we spend most of our day learning the fundamentals to help them get a boost in their education. We also set out a portion of our day to help them learn to play well with others and develop their imaginations through organized play. Unfortunately through the years these toys wear down and break and we are left with limited activities for my students to play with. The toys I have requested will help fill center play stations that every student would enjoy. They will also help my students to use their imaginations and learn basic motor skills.
