According to statistics, students who read daily do better in life. Students who read for 20 minutes or longer a day will become better readers. I try to read 3 to 4 books throughout the school year with my students. However, some of my text sets are outdated to todays society and the students do not connect to the literature. Teens love other teens! This book is told from a likable teens point of view. Our character is relatable to other teens who will want to follow his story and help other teens understand the consequences of their actions.
