In Pre-K, my student's first experiences in learning letters, sounds, and numbers need to be hands-on where they are able to manipulate the letters and numbers. They learn best when they are able to have tactile materials to manipulate during their play. I have selected items for our classroom that will provide these opportunities. The mathematic skills kit, number manipulatives, and letter activities will provide my students with many different opportunities for the children to weigh, measure, make shapes, count, sort, patterns, alphabetic order, matching upper and lower case letters, letter sounds, and much more.

About my class
