Because I teach littles, we are always working on the basic fundamentals of different sports and activities. We use balls almost every week to learn the basics of throwing (underhand and overhand) and rolling. We play lots of different games to incorporate these skills. It is nice to have several different options for the students to use. We also like to do stations in PE. I am always finding fun ways to incorporate a trampoline into these stations. Whether it be when I’m teaching jumping skills or core strength and balancing.
