These materials will help me support the students at my school with building healthy and strong SEL Skills. Many of my students experience challenges in their home and family lives so they are in need of learning healthy SEL skills. There are several barriers that prevent my students from learning SEL skills and these materials will help me teach and support them! A lot of the students in my school struggle with emotional regulation, healthy coping skills, working respectfully with one another, showing kindness toward other students and adults, and growth mindset. I will use these materials to help teach students these types of skills during individual or one-on-one sessions, whole classroom lessons or in small groups.
