Students need to be taught in a variety of ways to truly connect with learning. Math and science concepts provide endless opportunities for students to be successful and participate in the learning process. These hands on manipulatives and visual aids will help students make a real world connection to learning and have fun while doing so. Place value is a foundation that all students need to be successful in math. Students learn about magnetism in my class by bringing in real objects from home and checking with the magnet bars! This project will make a huge difference in the educational needs of my students.
