We see the educational and social-emotional gaps that existed before the pandemic - in access, opportunities, achievement, and outcomes - are widening. These impacts are falling disproportionately on students who went into the pandemic with the greatest educational needs and fewer opportunities. This is especially prominent in my mild/moderate special needs classroom. I am implementing the research based Wilson Fundations and would like to purchase additional resources that would provide more hands-on materials, decodable passages, and online interactive activities that would maximize teaching and learning potential in my resource room. Implementing research based and multi-sensory lessons is vital for students to learn in a post Cove-19 world.
