The weighted jump ropes, medicine ball and plyometric boxes will help our students in learning about lifetime fitness, as well as working on proper form. Many of our students do not have the means to afford private training sessions for sports. With my academic background and experience, I will be able to give my services to our students without it costing them (or me) anything. I would love to do explosive workouts everyday without my kids, and if I had these items it would be possible to do so. They can use what they learn with me for their current sport and in their future health journey.

About my class
