Students struggle having continuity in learning due to absenteeism caused by COVID-19. If live classroom lessons can be recorded with clear audio and video, students will be able to hear and see what was taught in class each day. The laptop and document camera will provide me the capability to stream classroom instruction through Google Meet and record these sessions so that students, though absent, never have to miss school again. The document camera will allow students in the classroom and at home to see pages in the book we are reading as well as math problems I am modeling on notebook paper. The laptop will provide a microphone for audio as well as connectivity to the internet for sharing and storing the lesson. The idea is to post the lesson and classwork on Google Classroom for students to access at home or in remediation classes.
