Some students have trouble adjusting to the back and forth of in school learning and virtual learning environments. Learning and reading in your PJ's on your couch is different from learning sitting in a classroom. My hope is to make the transitions easier on my students. I have a few students who move constantly. Active kids sometimes have a hard time being still. This can be a distraction to others. We want all of our students to be able to concentrate. The alternative seating will allow the wigglers learn in their own style. My students love to read. Providing the kiddos with a alternative places to read will act as a reward as well as encouraging their love of reading. My students work very hard to meet their AR goal.
