Students will have a fresh clean rug to sit on. An oval rug will fit in my classroom much better than the rectangle dirty one I have now. It is an eyesore and too big for the room. We need a brand new clean oval one! Students need carpet time! They are able to sit next to their classmates comfortably while participating in partner activities. I am able read stories while having them close. It is beneficial for them to be close so they can see the materials I use.
