My students need more visual and hands-on projects. The pandemic has changed the way students learn. Students, parents, and educators have spent the last two years with their faces glued to a screen. Getting students away from the screen and back to doing things with their hands would get everybody back to the learning students and teachers are craving. It is hard to see the excitement from students that are learning when there is a screen in the way. My classroom would love a classroom hydroponics system. For my sciences class this project would be able to show how plants start from a seed and matures into a full grown plant.
