Due to Covid 19 many students missed school. We are so busy trying to catch up on the reading and math that science gets pushed to the side so many times. My students have lots of questions about the world and the way things work. I want to teach them about matter and the way it changes. I want them to learn about animals, and have them make models of their habitats. We will learn about how insects are important to the plant world. I want to teach them to make maps and about the landforms on those maps. I want them to see the changes in our Earth and be able to describe how that happens. I need to have them understand the water cycle and why it is so important for the people of the earth. These items will help me to do exciting hands on experiments that will help my students to gain knowledge. The students will have a better understanding of their world.
