I am requesting lap desks, wobble chairs, fidget bands and wiggle cushions for my classroom. These items will help my diverse learners focus. Lap desks will be used for students who like to sit on the floor as well as for groups to collaborate with each other. Wobble chairs and wiggle cushions will be used around the classroom as supplemental seating to give students a choice in how they learn. Having flexible seating choices will give the students a sense of ownership over their learning. Accommodating individual learning styles will help all my students succeed.
