Students with disabilities are already struggling learners. Having various ways for teaching and learning math skills such as the math folder games, will help build on specific skills that students may be having a harder time learning. The Touch Phonics set will allow students to physically touch the letters they are sounding out and blending to create words. They will also have access to the I Can Read books to help build their reading success and enjoyment. While the more independent readers will enjoy new non-fiction books from Eyewitness readers. Being able to individualize instruction and close the gaps in learning will help advance academic success in my students.
