These items will all contribute to improving students' social and emotional learning. During our class, we will work on improving their confidence in public speaking and learn how to research properly. The items in my cart will all contribute to the research done before the recordings for the TED talks. The rest of the items will be featured in the background while recording. My classroom is a safe space for students, where we will explore the different ways to deal with anxiety, anger management and stress. We will do research through worksheets and games, and each student will have the opportunity to make their own TED Talk, and share with the rest of the students what they have learned and what method worked the best for them.
