By using dry erase boards, students can quickly and easily practice basic writing and syntax skills. This will allow my students to prepare for the ACT English test, and will let them move from skill to skill in a fast, effective manner. I often use sticky notes and computer paper to practice these standards. The problem with this is that it takes time, and it also uses up a lot of materials. I like the idea of writing, erasing, and moving on: it’s very simple and efficient. Also, kids seem to love the ‘different’ form of work!
