I am requesting STEM toys, which include gears, building cards, magnetic tiles, and bridge and vehicle engineering centers. These will provide children with a variety of opportunities for hands on learning. These toys are a great way to stimulate their curiosity. Children do not get as much hands on learning as we know that they need. We must introduce these STEM learning into our classrooms as early as possible and for as long as possible. They incorporate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical concepts in a way that children find fun and engaging. The open ended nature of these toys will help children develop problem solving skills that will be needed for math and science in the future. Because, these toys are open-ended, they can be played with on many occasions without the children getting tired of them.
