My students will be learning about the writing process and the three types of writing with the use of these new materials. The writing mentor texts will provide fun and engaging lessons as I read aloud and pair those books with teaching a writing unit, such as narrative, opinion, and informational writing. By donating to our project, you will be helping my students by providing them opportunities to see their work in print, and share with others. After writing essays, publishing and printing them, they will see them on display, and this will give them a sense of accomplishment and pride, and it will be an activity they will always look forward to.
