The students in my class this year have dealt with the pandemic and virtual learning for almost 2 years. Skills need to be retaught and new inspiring activities are just what students need to inspire them to learn. This wonderful project will help my students reinforce skills, as well as, encourage learning new skills in science and math. The science and math materials I have requested will be used to give my students hands-on learning experiences. The Science In A Nutshell Electricity and Magnetism Cluster will be used in our electricity unit. The anemometer will be used in our weather unit, and our light unit will be enhanced with the lens and prism set. Several activities in the science and math units use stopwatches. Students will use the write and wipe boards to practice math problems. Through this project, my students will be able to have individual, as well as, group supplies for learning activities.
