The flexible seating I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. These will be perfect for those students who love to move about the room to work. Right now, I have students who like to work on the floor with a clipboard, stand up by my desk, or at a table. In my classroom, I have found it beneficial for students to chose where they do their independent work. My students love science and being able to be hands-on. The best part of science is being able to explore new things. The microscope I have included will be used to magnify students learning by letting them examine small objects in much larger detail. I plan on using it for science centers. By donating, my students will get the ability to see things at a level that will have them thinking differently about the world.
