The grant would be used to purchase a Sensory Light Table for my classroom. There are many benefits for this table in Kindergarten. The table will help my students in their development of the following skills: fine motor, cognitive, language, social, emotional, and creativity. The table would be used in a variety of different academic areas. Mathematically the students would use the table to be able to see the different sizes, colors, shapes, measurements, all while physically being able to touch and move manipulatives. There are so many positive possibilities with this table in my classroom. We will be able to use this table for group activities and also for one on one intervention with students. Reach Count: 21 students Description of impact: This table will help my students with fine motor skills, cognitive skills, language skills, and help develop socially and emotionally.
