My students would benefit greatly from having access to a microscope that they could use to examine prepared slides and create their own slides to see the mysteries of our world that we cannot see every day. I would love to give my students the opportunity to see the world around them differently. As we study microorganisms in science I want to give my students the opportunity to actually see the things we are talking about. The motivation to be in class and have the opportunity to touch and look through a microscope would be such an amazing opportunity for them!
