These materials will give my students hands-on learning and real-life experiences as they learn how to plan, design, and grow their own food! They will first have to research what type of growing environment our plants will need. Then they will design a raised planter bed. Once the design is done, they will get the hands-on experience of building the raised bed! We will then use the supplies from this project to plant our garden! Once we harvest our crop, students will get to taste the plants they have grown!
