The flexible seating will continue to enhance the inviting and accommodating room that I strive to create. My classroom is a place where students feel safe, loved, and free to express their emotions. Flexible seating allows my students to feel in charge of their learning as well as provide outlets for energy while building core strength. Pairing these seats with sensory tools provide my students with tube sets, sensory discs, and other different tools for self-regulations and help with de-escalation strategies. During this time of COVID, my school has utilized google classroom as well as a variety of other technology resources. My classroom is in need of headphones for the students to use alongside their iPads and Chromebooks to insure concentrated testing, quiet spaces for learning, and the ability to hear and understand what is being instructed within the program itself. I would love to team up with you to provide these amazing students that I get the pleasure of learning with daily resources to help them be successful!
