Working in Special Education, I need to be able to communicate one-to-one with our students on their goals and needs. I currently work with one other special education teacher in the same classroom, and we don't have teacher desks. Having teacher desks will not only help us to be more organized in our classroom, it will also give us a place to work one on one with our students. We have up to 6 students in our class at a time, but we aren't able to pull 1 student separately to work on goals and discuss what they need. The organizers I've requested will help keep all our supplies organized and easily accessible for the students, giving our classroom a cleaner feel. The games and sensory items will help our students to learn in their own ways and better process sensory stimulations.
