Please help fund my project! These items selected are all in hopes to help further the physical and mental development of my students and players. Each item facilitates a specific function, but all based on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and teamwork. For SAQ, rehab, or injury prevention purposes, I've selected the exercise bands, balance pillows, massage gun to help with sore muscles and deep tissue knots. For the mental side, I've selected the whiteboards to help during tactical sessions/games, and the books for team development on how to be a better teammate as well as useful information. The Legos are to help provide off-the-field and classroom lessons such as a detail challenge where they compete to build from memory, also building their chemistry and promoting teamwork.
