To make my upcoming unit on fractions exciting my students would love using the magnetic fraction pieces and circles. The only way to teach fractions is with manipulatives and this set would make this unit so much more engaging. My students have missed time in the classroom learning how to tell time. The clocks would be part of a daily activity to help bridge this gap. The podium would help hold manipulatives during demonstrations in front of the class. My students absolutely love new books. They especially love graphic novels. These books I've chosen would add to my classroom library and help them continue to reach their reading goals.
