The requested resources will help with developing language in children in grades K-4. The sensory items will help children in the special education classroom, especially those with autism. Providing children with exceptionally designed tools to advance their language skills will be priceless, and these items will be able to help different grades of students for years. Children in the special education classroom will be able to request sensory items to help calm themselves when they are overstimulated. The items that this grant can provide will change the lives of students for years to come and provide teachers and support staff with even more resources to most effectively help the children within our school.
