The health care fun fair is the first annual mental health and wellness campaign sponsored by our Youth Ambassador and Peer Mentor program at RHS in Washington, DC. The focus is on providing resources and information to students and family around mental health and wellness. The topic of the fair is SELF-CARE. The students will be hosting activities to include the following: aroma therapy table, journaling, vision boards, stress balls and self-soothing items, yoga, and meditation workshops. We will also have opportunities for students to participate in spoken and written work exercises.
