Because students aren't able to travel as much due to Covid-19 or due to financial situations, the VR will provide students an opportunity to experience other cultures, while in the classroom, that they may otherwise never have. Students also need additional ways that they can immerse themselves that connect to students' interests. With these new VR sets, my students will not only be able to see other Spanish speaking countries in 3D, but they will also have opportunities to gain a better understanding and perspective of other cultures while using devices that connect to their interests. This will enhance their learning because students will be more engaged and interested in what they are learning.
