I have turned my Dance Conditioning class into dance and mental health. I want my students to have access to things they don't after school. The mats and beams are to help them achieve the flexibility as well as trust themselves and learn to be confident doing it regardless of who is around. Students will learn to deal with day-to-day stress at home as well as at school. I will give them a safe place to practice their flexibility to achieve their goals. I am seeing students struggle every day with Covid and not being able to be their best and break out of their shells. I want to give them the opportunity to adapt and shine in a fun safe healthy environment, so they can eventually do it at home. The things I ordered will help do that physically, mentally, and emotionally. It will also help them overcome anxiety.
