By expanding our classroom library with holiday books and kindness themed books, I will be exposing my students to a world of language! The books will be used in meaningful classroom and everyday lessons. Working with students with Autism, language development is an important part of our classroom curriculum. Along with language development we teach social skills in which the books will aid in teaching. The books will also be used to help develop the understanding of everyday language which students will use in their natural environments as well as in the classroom setting.

About my class
