For the past two years, students have spent a great deal of time learning math skills while staring at a computer. I am grateful our district had the resources to create a safe environment for students to learn remotely and to be able to distanced in the classroom; however, there is something to be said for creating hands-on activities. Creating a personalized interactive math journal, where students can store self-created flash cards, glossaries, study guides, notes, practice sheets, and so much more will build an opportunity for ownership of their mathematics skill growth.

About my class
