My students have had a rough couple of years, now that we are back in school full time I want to give them a comfortable place to learn. Flexible seating is a research-backed idea that gives students the option to control the physical environments in which they work best. In other words, with choices, students gain greater flexibility and control of their surroundings giving them the autonomy and comfort to stay engaged and focused. Flexible seating is something I have used for several years, but this year it seems especially important to give my students a comfortable space for them to succeed.
