Through video conferencing software, I want students are their families to feel that they can communicate with me despite the challenges with face to face participation. The iPad will help facilitate this as I meet with students to complete their plans for college and career readiness. The rest of the materials are going to be used to give to students and also create a space in my office that is welcoming and inclusive to all. Students have a lot to worry about with their academics, and I want them to know that whoever they are, they are important, they can achieve, they can be whoever they want to be.
