In my upper level classes, we use a graphing calculator daily. Graphing calculators are very expensive and not every student can purchase one of their own. In higher level math courses it is very important for students to have a graphing calculator to use. When my students see and learn what all a graphing calculator can do, they start to visualize what all the different functions look like along with many other things. When each student has a graphing calculator in their hand they each have a better opportunity to learn. My students already show an interest in learning with a graphing calculator, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with Algebra.
