To help keep my students engaged in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, I could use the models as a visual of the different systems of the human body. These models would be used to aid the visual learners in understanding the organs and systems that make up the human body. We could also use the dissection kits to facilitate hands-on learning that we missed out on during the pandemic due to social distancing and virtual learning. Even if social distancing is still needed when the supplies are delivered, we can move tables outdoors to complete dissection activities. The frog, crayfish and owl pellet dissection kits will help students understand the similarities and differences of these organisms compared to the human body.
