More students are falling behind due to the lack of classroom instruction. Our classroom is no exception. We have a larger number of special needs kids than in previous years so we are out growing our classroom. I am requesting two new activity tables. We have a classroom suited for around 10 students but this year we have 17. This is causing a lot of problems with room. Each student is in a desk to help social distance but it causes too much of a problem for our paras to get from desk to desk. To help with the classroom flow I would like to change our seating to horseshoe table. This will take away the bulky desk. This will put students closer together but we can use barriers on the desk to separate the students safely.
