For the students to be able to use the soccer balls, badminton racquets, and track hurdles they will be able to practice and develop essential skills. The use of the soccer balls, badminton racquets, and hurdles will help the student's social, physical, and mental health learning and academic learning. The students will use the soccer balls to develop the essential skills of weight transfer, kicking skills, ball-handling skills, playing positions with responsibilities, learning rules, teamwork, and cardiovascular fitness. Next, the students will use the badminton racquets to develop the essential skills of weight transfer, opposition, striking a shuttlecock, playing offense/defense, learning the rules to play, teamwork (with doubles), strategies, and cardiovascular fitness. Lastly, the students will use the hurdles to develop the essential skills of weight transfer, agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.
