During remote learning, school became much more impersonal. It weakened the students' ability to develop important social skills such as discussion, cooperation, and collaboration. In creating "Cozy Corners", students will have an opportunity to create, communicate, and collaborate. These smaller settings allow for creative thought and social growth. They help provide a calming, more personal experience as the students come to the library. These areas allow students to work and interact with other students in a comfortable, peaceful setting. "Cozy Corners" and the makerspace supplies will help brighten the space and provide a more flexible and adaptive setting to support students. Students read and work successfully when the environment best suits their individual needs.

About my class
