The materials for this project will be used to create our first ever school robotics teams. Students will participate in robotics competitions designed for their grade level. The Lego robots will provide my students with the opportunities to enhance social skills, communication skills, teamwork, collaboration and problem solve using higher order of thinking. Through robotics, students can learn more than just how to code. They can learn skills in leadership, community involvement, communicating across different technology platforms, and finding their passions, which will position them for success well beyond their school years.
