The requested materials will directly relate to helping students advance academically by promoting hands-on experiences through science and math. Osmos will be used to help my students interact with engaging materials through academic center rotations. On Osmo, They are given a task to complete with the provided tiles. Buildable STEM items will help students increase their fine motor skills, tinkering with objects to build structures. Students can be given academic challenges by creating structures with given constraints or limits. The Osmo kits and STEM building toys are meant to provide my students with a fun learning opportunity to engage with. I want my students to understand that we can still succeed with hard setbacks and that learning can be made fun. I will use the requested materials almost daily to increase my students overall well-being and belonging in the classroom.
