The book Dangerous Love teaches life principles that are a game-changer for my students! It teaches how to see others as people instead of objects and to truly create peace in our relationships and have respectful interaction with everyone we interact with. I believe this book will help them now and throughout their lives. In addition to the books, I want to support my students by creating a more inviting, clean, and comfortable classroom. I want to double down on building relationships with them and striving to help them feel comfortable and safe to learn in my class. I want to read to them and talk to them about how they are. I want to teach more about self-care and reducing anxiety and building resilience and discipline so they can overcome their lacking motivation and accomplish what they need to. The items in my project are intended to enhance the classroom experience and help support my efforts to teach content but to also teach character, discipline, and grit. Thank you so much for your consideration!
