Organization is key when working with students from several classrooms in the area of reading intervention. Portfolios are kept for each student to show progress and a way to keep work samples on hand. Along with organization, tools for hands-on learning is also a must. The organizational materials, notebooks for interactive writing, and hands-on learning activities will help keep our intervention classroom flowing smoothly with learning and success. Students learn best when they can apply what they are learning through both reading and writing. These activities will pair well with our oral language activities.
