My students have missed out on a lot of hands on activities because of COVID-19. These resources will be used to get them back in the lab and able to see chemical reactions. Chemistry is a difficult but exciting topic for students to learn in 7th grade. The more they are able to visualize and interact with labs the better their understanding. Most of my requests are chemicals or equipment for chemistry labs. I also do a project where each class creates their own aquatic ecosystem and I have requested aquariums for this project. Earlier this year an amazing parent bought a glass jar for us to use on this project and it broke so I think these aquariums will work better.
